Cardano is easily one of the most wildly misunderstood projects in the crypto industry. I been told by co-workers that Cardano is an ERC-20 token, that it is
vaporware, and that it is a dead man walking. To be fair to my co-workers at ICO Alert, most (if not all) of them held EOS. So to naturally they were required to reject Cardano.
As I pondered how to lay out this Learn More section, I began to think about what I would have shown to my co-workers, if they choose to open their minds. This is what I would have shown them.
Number One: The Infamous Whiteboard
The Famous Cardano Whiteboard video is ‘famous’ for a reason. Now many of you have probably already watched it (some multiple times) so for those of you who have not set aside nearly fifty minutes to watch Charles Hoskinson, the CEO of IOHK, layout a digestible overview of Cardano. What are you waiting for?
Probably not a cult initiation video (Only one way to find out).
Number 2: Why Cardano?
So you just watched a fifty minute video of Charles Hoskinson laying out the basics of Cardano, but WHY? WHY CARDANO? No Silly. Bad scribe. It is not a question, it is a statement. While Cardano does not really have a white paper, in the satoshi whitepaper sense, Cardano does have a full website dedicated to answering the same question that a white paper would. Only Better. That website is called whycardano.com . This site is a gold mine for juicy nuggets of information and explanation. The rabbit hole is very deep. Bob are you ready, alice? (crypto kids know that wasn’t a typo)
